Well its time. Its Ginster Yellow and gets 59mpg what else do you need to know? 15k since it was completely rebuilt. New injectors, pump, motor, brakes, bearings, axles, etc... It has a CD player and Corrado seats. I will get some recent pictures up soon.

Make me an offer.

I'm in this boat too. I'm betting it's worth much more than I'd be willing to part with for it. On the other hand it's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it

I'd come take a test drive if you'd consider something in the 1000-2000 range.

'97 Ram 3500 CTD 5sp DRW - no fuel plate, AFC adjusted, stock turbo. minimal smoke; decent quick.
lifted '98 Dodge Dakota - V8, auto, doubler, solid axle, 40s, stuff.
GONE: '02 Jetta TDI 5sp - nozzles, Nuespeed RSB, short shifter, blah blah.

We were hoping to get around $2k for it as there is a lot of money tide up in the motor. It does need to go so we are motivated.

Chris unless its a big crate of mags? I think I'm going to pass haha.

I just went and looked at a '92 MkII diesel 4dr Jetta last night in Sodus, didn't end up taking it home. Made me think of this beauty.... Did it move? If so, what did you get for it if you don't mind my asking.

the MkII had some rust but overall was solid, it was buried in a field of weeds. Needs a starter and had mice under the dash so who knows what else.... He was asking 600 and wouldn't take 400. I didn't want to go to 500 without hearing it run which it supposedly does.

curbed 14" BBSs with brand new rubber and no centercaps, interior was good, outside wasn't a rot box but had a couple bad spots and a missing door handle. Any thoughts on MkII pricing? I didn't get to see under the hood or any of the passenger side due to weeds and hornets but I figure I'll call him back Monday and see if it's still around.

Yeah its gone now. It went cheap thats all I'm going to say. Less than half of what was just put into the motor. Someone got a deal. :(
