I have had this going on for a while...at idle the vacuum occasionally sits at 20 inHg, but routinely drops to about 10 inHg which results in a rough idle. It also trips a CEL for inproper air flow.

I am fully willing to pay someone cash to help/fix this problem - any home based mechanics out there?
I have a complete set of factory vacuum hoses a new pcv valve and new DV to install if necessary.
I have removed and fortified the secondary air pump with nuts/bolts, so it's not that.

if anyone with experience wants to look at this let me know your hourly rate, and let's get together.
